His approach is warm and practical: understand where you are, get honest about where you want to be, and build small, doable steps to close the gap — no lectures, no judgment. Coaching isn't therapy or medical care; it's steady, structured support from someone truly in your corner.
Sessions are 45 minutes, in person at our Kansas City clinic or virtual — whichever fits your life. Your initial visit and consultation are free, and ongoing sessions are $75 each.
